At Forever Flowering, we want you to be completely delighted with your botanical arrangements. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the floral arrangement in its original protective boxing to ensure it arrives back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned greenery, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
